Grand Oaks has been designed and built to provide the latest in technology and amenities for all your business meeting needs, yet also provide you with the personal attention you and your group deserve.

The new 12,000+ sq. ft. event center is nestled on 3 acres, offers spacious free parking, covered entrance portico, large stage, drop-down projection screens, and a truly state of the art audio/visual setup including live-feed video capabilities, high speed wired and wireless internet throughout, and conference phones.

The 4000 sq. ft. ballroom (56' x 74') is able to seat up to 350 for a sit down meal, 480 for a theatre style presentation. It can also be divided into 3 smaller rooms of varying sizes and opens up to a large 35' x 144' patio with adjoining putting green, all surrounded by a beautifully landscaped lawn and gazebo with wooded backdrop. Adjoining the ballroom is a spacious 30' x 56' Gallery with TV screens to also show your powerpoint, DVD, internet presentation, or even just the ballgame during break.

Four additional rooms, including an 18' x 12' Boardroom, are available for meetings or breakout spaces. Space can be rented by the hour for 1 to 350+ people.

Business services available (printing, fax, etc.) Food service is available through your choice of outside caterers using our spacious kitchen, or just ask and we can develop any meal package you need, from continental breakfasts, corporate breaks, boxed or hot lunches, or corporate dinners. We have a liquor license and offer beverages of your choice.
